A US prosecutors’ witness in Thomas Girardi’s competency hearing Wednesday revealed she billed hours for watching a TV docu-series and a legal drama as part of her evaluation of the now-disbarred and indicted plaintiff’s attorney’s cognitive impairment.
Neuropsychologist Diana Goldstein said in cross-examination Wednesday that she watched the Hulu show “The Housewife and the Hustler,” as well as the American Greed episode “Lawyers, Lies and a Housewife,” to familiarize herself with the life of Girardi, who was married for two decades to “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne.
