Gibson Dunn Suit to Recoup Legal Fees Revived by NY High Court

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP’s seven-year-old case seeking to recoup more than $325,000 from a now-deceased businessman and shareholders of a business in which he invested was revived by New York’s highest court Tuesday.

Gibson Dunn was entitled to a factual hearing to determine whether the court had personal jurisdiction over Temenos AG founder George Koukis, who lived in Switzerland, Chief Judge Rowan Wilson said in the court’s opinion.
