Getty Images Holdings Inc. must pay more than $7.8 million to two investors for preventing the investors from exercising warrants issued as part of a deal that took the stock picture company public through a blank-check merger, a federal court ruled.
A liability finding in an earlier case conclusively determines some issues in favor of Daniel Berner and James Lapp, Judge Jed S. Rakoff said in an opinion docketed Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
