Gershwin Theater Operators End Employment Discrimination Suit

An employee claiming operators of Broadway’s Gershwin Theater discriminated against her, and failed to respond to complaints about her supervisor’s mistreatment agreed to resolve the lawsuit she’d filed, following a mediation conference last week.

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday canceled additional proceedings after the parties said they’d reached an agreement on all issues, giving them 30 days to file a settlement agreement if they want the court to retain jurisdiction over it.
