A Republican lawmaker in Georgia narrowed a citizen’s suit alleging she violated his free speech rights by blocking him from her Facebook page, as a federal court said the law on access to politicians’ social media accounts wasn’t clear in 2019 and is still evolving.
Ginny Ehrhart, a member of the Georgia House of Representatives, allegedly blocked Thomas Biedermann after he criticized her in a Facebook post over her support for legislation limiting transgender surgeries for teens.
