A Georgia-based logistics company has agreed to settle claims brought by a female former driver who alleges she was subjected to sexual harassment, gender discrimination, and retaliation while working there.
Judge Amy Totenberg of the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia administratively closed the case against Lazer Spot Inc. after the parties reached a settlement during mediation, she said in an order docketed Wednesday. Totenberg said the parties must file a stipulation of dismissal by Dec. 30, or they may reopen the case.
