A group of current and former workers is suing New York
The group wasn’t paid correctly per New York Labor Law for manual work during their employment at Napa Auto Parts, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York.
“Plaintiffs had several bills that would often go unpaid for a week until they received their bi-weekly pay which caused them financial stress and strain,” the complaint said.
