General Mills ‘Good Ole Boys’ Bias Suit Needs Redo, Judge Says

Black General Mills Operations LLC employees should be “directed” to revamp their class lawsuit alleging decades-long systemic bias spurred by a group of “good ole boys” at their Georgia facility, a federal magistrate judge said.

The US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia case is one of 16 suits by current and former employees who worked at the breakfast cereal maker’s Covington. Ga., location between June 2024 and February 2025. The other 15 are individual cases as is an earlier suit, filed in 2023, which also remains pending.
