YouGov America Inc. and a gay female former executive resolved her sex-based failure-to-promote and other discrimination claims, federal court records show.
The company and Tracy Schoenadel advised that they’ve reached a settlement in principle in the 2020 lawsuit, Judge Arun Subramanian of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said in a filing Tuesday. The case is dismissed without prejudice to either party seeking to reopen it within 30 days “if the settlement is not consummated,” the judge said.
