Gatos Silver Inc.'s agreement to resolve investor claims over its alleged overestimate of mineral reserves for $21 million is fair and reasonable, a federal court said in finalizing the class action accord.
Attorneys’ fees for class counsel of nearly $5.9 million, or 28% of the total, are also approved, Judge Philip A. Brimmer said for the US District Court for the District of Colorado.
