Paradise Entertainment Limited, a Hong Kong-based electronic gaming equipment company, and its Nevada subsidiary, LT Game, say the former director of the subsidiary stole trade secrets to establish a competing business.
According to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Nevada on March 1, Linyi Feng, the brother-in-law of Paradise’s executive and managing director, used his position to steal source code and induce former employees and executives from competitors to establish a new company.
