California furniture manufacturer Lurline Bay LLC is suing competitor Harbor Classic LLC alleging that it’s confusing consumers by infringing its home furnishings trademarks.
Lurline Bay does business as Harbour, and has registered trademarks for Harbour and Harbour Outdoor. It also has pending marks for hotel accommodation services and buying club services in the field of furniture and retail, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
