Frontier Airlines Inc. must face claims made by Jewish passengers who alleged discriminatory treatment after they were ejected from a 2021 flight for allegedly not wearing face masks, a New York federal court said.
Frontier filed a partial motion to dismiss or strike portions of the passengers’ complaint.
