‘Foxy Lady’ Denied Default Judgment in ‘Foxy Lady Coffee’ Suit

The Foxy Lady adult entertainment club in Providence, R.I., isn’t entitled to a default judgment in its trademark infringement case against Foxy Lady Coffee, a “bikini barista establishment” that sells coffee in Washington state, a federal court ruled.
