A San Francisco federal judge reprimanded a former Twitter employee who is suing the social media company for failing to pay him a bonus even though he allegedly recommended the company not pay the bonuses.
Judge Vince Chhabria at a Thursday hearing questioned whether Mark Schobinger, Twitter’s former senior director of compensation now suing the company, had committed perjury in his deposition.
