Former United Pilot Partly Advances Military-Status Bias Lawsuit

United Airlines Inc. must face some, but not all, of the claims lodged by a pilot who says the company failed to honor his recall and reinstatement rights under federal and Illinois military-status discrimination laws, a federal judge ruled.
