A Texas-based tea shop is allegedly causing actual confusion by counterfeiting and willfully infringing its former franchiser’s trademarks.
KF Tea USA Inc. sued Tea N’ Boba Enterprises LLC, Toan Van Nguyen, and Vy Nguyen for failing to comply with agreement obligations after the parties split ways following alleged violations of a franchise agreement, according to the complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
