Slync Inc.'s cofounder and former CEO Christopher Kirchner has been found guilty on four counts of wire fraud and seven counts of money laundering following a four day trial in the Northern District of Texas.
Kirchner was accused of defrauding the supply-chain management company’s investors out of tens of millions of dollars.
The jury deliberated for an hour and a half before returning a verdict on Thursday.
Kirchner testified on his own behalf. The defense also called a fraud expert, former FDIC agent Steven Overby, to talk about financial forensics.
