A former senior account manager for Crown Equipment Corp is suing the forklift and handling equipment company, alleging age discrimination in violation of federal and Michigan state laws.
Art Hoffmeyer worked for Crown Equipment—doing business as Crown Lift Trucks—for 31 years until his termination at age 60 in September 2023, according to his complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
