Three former executives of MusclePharm Corp. settled fraud charges with the Securities and Exchange Commission over claims that they prematurely recognized revenue for sold product before it had been shipped.
The SEC filed the settled complaint in the US District Court for the Central District of California on Tuesday.
Former Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations, Brian Casutto, former Vice President of Sales, Matthew Zucco, and former contract Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Harris, settled without admitting or denying the SEC’s allegations according to their consent judgments also filed with the court on Tuesday.
