Former Executive, YMCA Settle Workplace Bias Case Over IVF

The Waukesha, Wisc., YMCA and one of its former vice presidents settled a lawsuit alleging she faced discrimination and retaliation after disclosing her pursuit of IVF treatment.

Katherine Rehm and the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County Inc. have reached an agreement that resolves all claims, a joint status report filed to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin said. Rehm will file a stipulation dismissing the action with prejudice within 45 days, the report also says.
