A former employee of an engineering services company lost her claims of discrimination based on sex and national origin against Los Alamos National Security LLC because she failed to show it was her joint employer.
Therese Trujillo was employed by Navarro Research & Engineering Inc., but consulted on assignments for LANS, the New Mexico Court of Appeals said Monday. Trujillo alleged she was terminated after she was released from an assignment early due to complaining about harassment and discrimination, the court said.
