Adam Beckerink, a former partner in the Chicago office of Duane Morris LLP, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office announced Tuesday.
Caitlin Tracey, 36, was found dead at the bottom of a high-rise stairwell in October 2024. Beckerink was ousted from the law firm not long afterward as allegations of domestic abuse came to light.
