Former Rep. Stephen Buyer (R-Ind.) lost an appeal to undo his convictions for insider trading Wednesday.
Among other things, Buyer challenged the admission of of a forensic report of cellphone data generated by a computer program. But the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit said the report was properly admitted.
