A former Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. director says she was unlawfully demoted and terminated due to her pregnancy leaves, according to a new lawsuit Monday.
Ex-Broadridge Senior Director Chloe Koprucki alleges the company and her supervisors violated the Family Medical Leave Act, New Jersey law precluding discrimination, and the state’s FMLA, according to her complaint. Koprucki wants the US District Court for the District of New Jersey to declare their statutory violations, enjoin them from further discriminatory conduct, and order Broadridge to re-instate her and pay her damages.
