Former Boeing CEOs Dodge Negligence Claims Over 737 Max Crash

Former Boeing Co. CEOs and two of the company’s suppliers avoided negligence and other claims brought by the family members of a passenger who was killed in a 2019 plane crash that involved a Boeing 737 Max 8.

Boeing previously admitted liability for compensatory damages; the other defendants here moved to dismiss claims against them.
