Ex-Bimbo Bakeries Worker Files Sexual Orientation Bias Suit (1)

A former bagger for Bimbo Bakeries USA Inc. in Olean, N.Y., sued the company in federal district court for its lack of response to alleged harassment by co-workers based on his sex, gender, and sexual orientation, as well his termination that he says was retaliation for complaining.
