Former Anheuser-Busch Worker Sues Company Over Leave, Firing

Anheuser-Busch Companies LLC has been hit with a new lawsuit in federal court from a former employee, alleging violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Pamela Rockerman worked for Anheuser-Busch in various roles from 2004 until January 2024, and is an eligible employee under the FMLA, the complaint, filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, says.
