Forex Trader Sues Execs of Company He Founded Over Sudden Ouster

The Funded Trader LLC and three top executives allegedly ousted co-founder and forex trader Nicholas D’Arcangelo, redistributed his nearly 20% stake in the company, and terminated his health insurance without adequate notice, he says in a lawsuit.

The foreign exchange trading business, which D’Arcangelo registered in 2021 with the three co-founders named as defendants, allegedly utilized his significant social media following to drive online traffic and leveraged his contacts to build a customer base.
