Ford Motor’s Recall Renders Defective Car Part Class Action Moot

Ford Motor Company won its bid to dismiss a proposed class action after a federal court determined its recall properly addressed the fire risk from cracked fuel injectors in Escape and Bronco Sport model vehicles.
