Forcepoint LLC settled a former employee’s age bias suit, while another case challenging the company’s failure to rehire him remains pending.
Mark Goldstein asserted in a 2017 complaint that Forcepoint violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act when the company allegedly fired him over his age. Goldstein filed a separate suit against the company in 2023, claiming he lost out on nearly a dozen roles he was qualified for due to his age and initial lawsuit against Forcepoint.
