A consumer alleging Gamer Advantage LLC deceptively touted its FogAway eyeglass spray as safe while concealing the presence of PFAS has dismissed his claims against the company following a confidential settlement.
FogAway is supposed to prevent foggy eyeglasses, which became a more common problem because of the use of face masks during the Covid-19 pandemic, Mahmood Dawood said in a proposed class suit in the US District Court for the Eastern District of California.
