A lawsuit by casino groups challenging Florida’s online sports betting deal with a Native American tribe was tossed by the state’s supreme court in a unanimous decision.

The casino groups challenging Gov. Ron DeSantis’s (R) deal with the Seminole Tribe of Florida didn’t bring a proper suit because they can’t instantly file a “writ” with the state high court attacking the constitutionality of an enacted law, Justice Meredith Sasso wrote in her Thursday opinion.
