Florida Top Cop Launches Nation’s First ‘Parental Rights’ Office

The Florida Attorney General’s office is creating a new division that will help parents bring litigation against schools on hot-button culture war issues like library books and treatment of trans children.

“This first-in-the-nation office is a mechanism for parents and families to seek justice where local governments and school systems seek to ‘treat,’ indoctrinate, or collect data from students without parental involvement,” Attorney General James Uthmeier (R) said in a statement Tuesday.
