Florida is suing the Atlantic Coast Conference in an effort to learn more about how much money Florida State University’s undefeated football team lost out on in ESPN cash when it was snubbed for the College Football Playoff last season.
The suit adds to the legal scrum between FSU and ACC—a battle over whether the conference can enforce a half-billion-dollar exit fee on the university.
