Florida Pharmacy Infuserve Beats Suit Over Lyme Disease Drug

Infuserve America Inc., a Florida-based infusion and compounding pharmacy, defeated a product liability suit alleging a drug it dispensed caused severe neurological symptoms.

William Doherty said he had taken Rocephin to treat his Lyme Disease for more than two years, but that he began to experience symptoms associated with nervous system damage—such as facial pain, tachycardia, and tinnitus—after taking Infuserve’s drug for four days.
