A Florida guidance counselor is suing the Broward County school board claiming they were discriminated against because they are transgender non-binary.
Kezia Gilyard claims that school board members subjected them to “severe and pervasive harassment” based on their sex and gender. The lawsuit was filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Florida.
