Belinda Noah has “repeatedly” sought reconsideration of the court’s orders “without any basis,” and “been obstructive in refusing to deal professionally with opposing counsel,” Judge Carlos E. Mendoza of the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida said in a Thursday order.
