Five Guys Enterprises has reached a settlement in consolidated litigation arising from a September 2022 data breach that exposed the information of 37,000 current and former employees.
Judge Claude M. Hilton issued an order Thursday staying the proposed class action pending submission of the plaintiffs’ motion for approval of the proposed deal.
Attorneys for the parties didn’t respond immediately to a request for details.
