Five Guys’ $1.2 Million Wage Settlement Rejected for Fourth Time

A proposed $1.2 million deal between Five Guys and more than 3,600 employees over workers’ wage and credit reporting claims was again rejected by a federal judge in California—a settlement that he has already denied three times.

Jeremy Lusk claims on behalf of the proposed class that Five Guys Enterprises LLC and Encore FGBF LLC didn’t comply with California consumer reporting laws and failed to provide minimum wages, overtime, meal and rest breaks, business expense reimbursement, accurate wage statements, and timely payment of final wages.
