FisherBroyles has been sued by a client over claims the firm and one of its partners committed professional negligence by making errors in handling of a patent infringement case.
California Stem Cell Treatment Center Inc., and the affiliated Cell Surgical Network Corp., which licenses technology used by the treatment center to other clinics, say in a complaint filed in California Superior Court in Los Angeles County that the negligence of the law firm and partner Rob Phillips proved costly to them.
