All Fisher Phillips attorneys are required to be told that three of their colleagues misrepresented a client’s employment discrimination case, according to an Alabama federal court order.
The national law firm—which has more than 500 attorneys across 38 locations—is counsel to Capstone Logistics, which is fighting a charge from a former employee, Richard McClinton, that he was subject to discrimination there due to a medical condition and was fired after stating he needed surgery.
