University of Texas at Austin faces discrimination claims from the school’s former police chief who says she was fired as part of a purge of women in leadership positions.
Eve Stephens, the university’s first female police chief, says her supervisor replaced her with an unqualified White male who upon taking over pushed out two other high-ranking women in the department, according to a lawsuit Friday.
