A fired Harley-Davidson dealership executive sued his ex-employer, claiming he was subjected to sex discrimination, demoted and then terminated for filing a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
David Foss filed his complaint against the Schipper Motorsports Evansville LLC on Wednesday at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana at Evansville.
