Figma Inc. and Motiff Pte. Ltd. submitted a proposed settlement agreement that would resolve Figma’s copyright suit alleging the software company illegally copied its code for tools to design digital products.
The parties submitted a proposed settlement order with undisclosed terms in the US District Court for the Northern District of California on July 23. Judge James Donato vacated remaining pretrial and trial dates and ordered the parties to file a joint consent judgment by August 8, according to a July 25 docket entry.
