The Fifth Circuit again allowed Texas’ state-level arrest and deportation law to temporarily go into effect.
In an unpublished, single-page order Friday evening, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit stayed Judge
The order comes in a case challenging Texas’ law allowing for the arrest of people entering the country illegally, brought by a lawful permanent resident of the US.
