Fidelity National Title Company was sued by an ex-manager for allegedly ousting older, experienced managers and replacing them with younger employees.
David Warren sued Fidelity National Title Company in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado on Monday, alleging age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act.
