Ferrari Trims Claims in Suit Over Brake Defect in Post-2005 Cars

Ferrari North America Inc. convinced a federal judge to toss most claims in a proposed class action alleging the company concealed a brake defect in all Ferrari vehicles bought since 2005.

The US District Court for the District of New Jersey dismissed claims for strict product liability, unjust enrichment, and some fraud claims in an unpublished March 20 order filed Thursday.
