Female MetLife Executive’s Sex, Pay Bias Claims Rejected by Jury

MetLife Inc. and several top executives did not violate a former chief administrative officer’s right to be free from sex and pay discrimination, a Manhattan federal jury decided Thursday, according to an electronic docket entry.

“Verdict for defendants,” the US District Court for the Southern District of New York docket entry said without elaboration. Judge J. Paul Oetken presided over the trial, which started on Dec. 2. A copy of the jurors’ verdict sheet has not yet been posted.
