Female Ex-Mitsubishi Chemical Lawyer Ends Bias, Retaliation Suit

A former female in-house Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings America Inc. attorney has voluntarily agreed to end her sex bias and retaliation suit against the company, its Japanese parent, and two legal executives.

A stipulation of discontinuance with prejudice was approved Friday by the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Each party bears its own costs. Counsel for the parties couldn’t immediately be reached for further details.
